3. Account Requirements

To use our Services, you must:

• Have a valid WhatsApp Business account approved by Meta
• Comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy and Commerce Policy
• Provide accurate business information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age in your jurisdiction

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our Services to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or violate WhatsApp's messaging policies

5. Meta Platform Compliance

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate Meta's policies.

6. Payment Terms

For paid subscriptions:

• Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Services are owned by iSenang.com and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your business data and content. By using our Services, you grant us a limited license to process your data as necessary to provide the Services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iSenang.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms or Meta's policies. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases, and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Selangor, Malaysia.
